Course List and Course Description

Required Courses

CHLL7010	Seminar 3 Units In this course graduate students are required to report on their research results. Students should consult the supervisor/teacher about the content of their reports and prepare outlines prior to the oral presentations in class, which will be followed by general discussion.
CHLL8200	Ph.D. Thesis Tutorial 3 Units In this course the supervisor will meet the graduate student regularly to update the progress of thesis writing and to assist the student in solving problems encountered in the course of his work.

Elective Courses

Students are required to take certain courses that are endorsed by the Division.

(I) Required Courses

Students have to take CHLL 7010 each year from first to third year of attendance

Thesis monitoring course to be taken each term until graduation: CHLL8200

(II) Elective Courses

For Students with research Master’s Degree (Full-time or Part-time): Students have to take at least four courses endorsed by the Division.

For Students with taught Master’s Degree (Full-time or Part-time): Students have to take at least six courses endorsed by the Division.
